Newtown, Connecticut

Start Building Your Dreams in Newtown

Welcome to Newtown, Connecticut. With a small town charm in the southwest of Connecticut, Newtown is a family-centered community cozied up to the Housatonic river, and only a short drive from New York City. Custom home owners will find a myriad of ways to stay active with abundant parks, playgrounds, sporting facilities, and nature trails.

History has been alive in Newtown since its founding in 1711. Rochambeau’s Army camped on their way to the last battle of the Revolutionary War in York.  Less than 50 years later, Newtown was home to the Charles Goodyear family. The idyllic town was home to writer Joanna Cole and illustrator Bruce Degan who collaborated on children’s classic The Magic Schoolbus.

Visitors are welcomed by our famous 100” flagpole located in front of The Meeting House, one of our inviting centers of community life.

When you’re ready for a change in the pace of life, call Colin Corbo at 203.509.6873. He’ll be the one who shows you how easy it will be to build a life in Newtown, CT.
